"One of our ideas was to give them a “sacred” image. Also, we wanted a character who would be suitable for the dawn of a new era, a character who would be ready to greet the 21st century. In these uncertain times we’re living in, “know thyself” is more important than ever. But we also wanted a positive character, someone people would look at and think, “the future looks bright.”
